YFZ450 EXHAUST

***New design gains 1 HP over previous model!

The new RE Exhaust for the Yamaha YFZ450 is constructed completely of stainless steel with an aluminim silencer. The billet aluminum turn-down tip helps keep noise levels in check. When used with a RE Free Air Kit and jetting changes, we see an increase of 7.5+ peak HP, and 9.5 HP at 10,000 RPM! The YFZ450 does a respectable 72 mph out of the box, but RE's Pipe and jetting brings your top end up to 77 mph! All chassis dyno testing done on a bone-stock engine - with no cam timing changes! In addition, with minor cam timing changes you can expect a 9.0 HP gain peak and 13.0 HP at 10,000 RPM!

Includes instructions. Optional spark arrestor not included.

Note: Requires airbox lid removal and jet kit. Jet Kit, Quiet Kit, Spark Arrestor, and Free Air Kit sold separately.

This pipe can be purchased with either our conventional turn-down end cap, or our Mega Cone end cap.

We've tested extensively to get the jetting spot on. One of the keys to any jet kit is the needle - our needles help midrange performance with better fuel metering in the midrange.

YFZ450 PISTON KIT

True 450 96mm custom piston 14.0:1. The 2004-05 439 becomes a true 450cc, and the 2006-08 450 becomes 460cc. New design is now gas ported.

Kits include piston, wrist pin, rings and circlips.
Note: Boring required. Requires 105 octane or higher (each race fuel may need slightly different jetting).
